I can't believe this...I was looking for a drop top to put on the yet to be electric creation I'm working on...I contacted Bob Cef at RC Tonewoods! He was unbelievably helpful, worked hard to get me a great price and what looks to be some beautiful Quilted Sapele for my top wood! He put up with my numerous e-mails and requests for prices like a perfect gentleman! Imagine that? He actually helped me make a decision on the wood with suggestions and ended a long long dilemma in my head on what kind of wood to use for a drop top! There's something wrong here! Seriously folks...Bob is/was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great wood, great price and great service! How can you beat that? Thankyou Bob for all the help and great service! I have seen wood like this on "other" big commercial web sites for a lot more than Bob gave me mine for. There is no way I would have gotten the attention I got from Bob. Thanks to OLF for being here and opening up my world to people like Bob! Mark Laura |

I just bought a beautiful set of walnut from him on e-bay, and spoke with him thru e-mail about his business and his Laguna Bandsaw. You're right Mark. The man is more than willing to help out. |

I agree that Bob is a class act, and an absolute joy to work with. That said, I think our entire list of sponsors have shown service above and beyond. Including participating in out discussions as many are guitar builders as well. Lance PS, Bob, I got the purfs and bindings (wait tell you'all see the purf's that Bob made me! Yowise! |

Lance, I'm sure your statement above is true. This is my first dealing with anyone from OLF and I just wanted to let all know my feelings. EVERYBODY that I read about and read their threads are a bunch of real nice people. I have learned alot about acoustic building already, it's amazing! Truly a talented and nice bunch! Mark |
